What JustFam is
JustFam (justfam.me) is a private coordination app for households: shared tasks, lists, calendar and family notes. Everything you put in is visible only to the members of your own household.
What we collect
Your account details (email address and display name — provided by you, or by Google if you sign in with Google), and the content your household creates in the app: tasks, lists, events, people and notes. If you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email and profile basics — never your contacts or files.
Google Calendar (optional)
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, JustFam reads your calendar events (read-only) solely to show them on your household's shared calendar. You choose which calendars are included, and only upcoming events (the next 8 weeks) are synced. This data is never used for advertising, never sold, never shared outside your household, and never used to train AI models. Disconnecting removes your upcoming imported events and deletes the stored access credentials. JustFam's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use it
Only to run the app for you. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not show ads. Household content is never used for anything other than displaying it to your own household.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), protected by row-level security so each household can only ever read its own data. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
Children
Child profiles are created and controlled by a parent, carry no email address or password of their own, and are used only inside the household.
Your choices
You can delete any content you created at any time. To delete your account and all of your household's data, email us and we'll remove it permanently within 30 days.
